TOM BOLICK

Owner, TABSoft

Tom has been developing software and working with computers since he was in his teens. In fact, he took college-level computer programming classes when he was only 13 years old. He used the income from his software business and his job at Radio Shack to help finance his bachelor’s degree in Information and Computer Science from Georgia Tech.

Early in his career, he provided help desk support for one of IBM’s software packages. He also tested software for another IBM system and provided tech support for manufacturing and construction software. Later, Tom accepted a position as director of software development for a healthcare insurance software company, where he oversaw the design and implementation of a major claims processing system for the healthcare and insurance industry.

He left the comfort of a full-time job 20+ years ago to start TABSoft.

Early on, his business was dedicated to software design, customization, and implementation for small to medium-sized businesses. Over the years, he has added network management services such as installing, upgrading and maintaining networks for businesses of all sizes. Tom helps companies build their brand and drive revenues with website development, hosting, and e-commerce. He also provides VoIP Cloud PBX services.

Helping others is a passion of Tom’s. He volunteers extensively with his church and children’s school. He has also donated his time and energy to help people around the world establish small micro-businesses in third world countries. Traveling to Nepal, Jordan, Egypt, Argentina, and Bolivia to help people find financial and religious freedom.
